四．操作应用：

1．本产品一般使用80目120目网布，根据图案的不同丝网一定要绷紧，这一点相当关键：

2．为了保证印制效果，一般不要制作太厚网版，根据厚度不同需要印5—8次，在使用厚网版印刷时印完第一次需待底层干透后再进行第二次印刷，一般印刷3—4次就能达到2-3毫米以上的高度。

3．本产品不易塞网，过稠时可加入适当水浆搅拌均匀进行稀释。

4．在自然风干48小时后，再过温150度8-15秒，过温时尽量将面料过反面。

5．如需提高牢度，使用时可加入1%-2%催化剂或交联剂。

四．Applicationofoperation

1.using80meshscreenand120meshscreen.Thekeypointisthescreenshouldbetightenedaccordingtodifferentpatterns.

2.Inordertoguaranteetheprintingeffect,donotmakethickaccordingtodifferentthicknessshouldbeprintedfivetoeighttimes.Whenusingthethickscreenprinting,youcanprintinthesecondtimeafterthebottomiscompletelydriedoffirsttime.Itcanreachmorethantwotothreemmheightwhenithasbeenprintedthreetofourtimesingeneral.

3.Thisproductiseasytoprintthroughfinemeshscreen,youcanaddappropriatewaterslurrytodilutewhentheitistoothick.

4.Afterthefortyeighthoursofnaturalairdry, and then over-temperature at 150℃ for 8-15 seconds.In the process of over-temperature,fabrics should be in opposite side as soon as possible.

5.Ifneedtoincreasethefastness,youcouldadd1-2% catalyst or cross-linker in usage.
