一．适用：

适用于棉布，莱卡布，涤纶布，高弹丝毛衣料，羊毛料。

二．外观及组成：

1、外观：透明状浆体，丙烯酸聚合物。

2、布氏粘度：120000-140000PS

3、P H值：6.5-7.5

4、固体含量：45±1

三．特性：

脱金干净，烫金镜面效果，手感柔软，拉伸力一般，连续水洗牢度好。

四．操作应用：

（1)烫金浆与助剂，首先在烫金浆使用时先加入一定量的助剂（2%-3%），调制后的浆料必须马上使用，不能放置过长时间（6小时内），否则正常温度下也会发生交联而影响使用，这是在操作中要引起注意的事项。如果印制中烫金浆过稠科加入适量的水稀释，有助良性操作。

（2）建议使用80目—100目网布。把浆料印到基布上，一般印2-3次，特别注意在第一次印制后浆需要干透，然后再印下一次，待干后起网板马上将裁剪好的烫金纸敷在上面，用压烫机130℃-160℃压烫10-15秒。

五：注意事项：

由于印花面料的多样化，和外界一些不确定的因素，做大货以前先要做小样实验确定以后方可批量生产。未确定情况下使用或操作不当引起的质量问题本公司概不负责。

1.Hotpressbaseandadditives,atfirstaddingacertainvolumeofadditives(2%-3%)beforetheusageofhotpressbaseandthebaseshouldbeusedintimeaftermodulated,itcouldnotbeplacedforalongtime(withinsixhours).Otherwise,itwillleadtocrosslinkingsothataffectitsusageunderthenormaltemperature,whichisthemattershouldbepaidattentiontointheoperation.Ifthebaseistoothickintheprinting,youcouldaddwatertodilute.Itisbenefittooperation.

2.Advisingtouse80-120meshscreen.Printingtheslurryontothebasefabric,printing2-3timesingeneral,inthisprocess,youshouldpayattentiontothatbeforeprintinginsecond,thebaseshouldbedrycompletely.Andthenputthepaperonit.Pressat130℃-160℃forabout10-15seconds.
